This zoning challenge and appeal presents to the Department of Buildings an analysis of Open Space, errors and omissions in the ZD1, and evaluates the rear yard equivalent and mechanical floors  for 543 West 122nd Street, which will eventually include an additional building for the Jewish Theological Seminary.
