DOB Zoning Challenge, 36 W. 66th Street

This zoning challenge for Landmark West! and 10 W. 66th St. Corp. calls for the DOB to address the concerns of the Fire Department of the City of NY about the safety of interbuilding voids. The challenge also requests an updated and corrected ZD1 and the DOB to review mechanical exemptions so that the area claimed is proportional to the mechanical use. Additionally, the challenge rejects the interpretation of the Zoning Resolution that allows tower coverage and bulk packing to be calculated on different parts of the zoning lot.
