My testimony to the Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA) on the subdivision of zoning lots into micro-lots on 180 East 88th Street states that the DOB created a terrible precedent that subverts the intent of the Zoning Resolution. This core issue should be resolved at the BSA and, if not, through legislative action.
